Work-life balance is a broad concept including proper prioritizing between “work”( career and ambition) on one hand, and “life” ( health, pleasure, leisure, family and spiritual development) on the other.
When our work-life and personal life are out of balance, stress levels soar and we can feel the negative impact in all areas. This workshop will explore practical strategies to restore equilibrium in one’s life.
There is no need to register for this workshop. Admission on a first come, first served basis. Room capacity 40.
