If you’re interested in providing library services at a distance and in the online environment, please consider attending this conference. There is a new conference award specifically targeted towards students studying or working in distance librarianship. The Distance Library Services Conference 2020 site is now live and the Call for Proposals is OPEN. If you wish to submit a proposal, please create a new account in order to access the CFP submission section.
Activities include workshops and small group collaborative sessions, keynote speaker, networking opportunities, poster session, and paper presentation lunches. The schedule is still under development so please monitor the conference website.
The 2020 conference has added a new focus – student poster presentations – and all MLIS/MLS students studying or working in distance librarianship are invited to submit a proposal. All interested students are encouraged to submit a proposal and attend!
